Ben is a craftsman of his trade. He makes great design suggestions and finishes the project on time as quoted. He is very particular about the details and it shows when the project is finished. BRL will get any future tile projects I have in the future. Absolutely the best customer service and overall experience.
Ben did an amazing job tiling our bathroom. He came out in a timely manner to give us a quote and He stayed in touch until the project was scheduled and helped us with the entire process. His work is excellent. It only took him 1 week to do our bathroom, which included taking the room down to the studs, and scheduling a plumber to do that work as well. Our bathroom is beautiful and I look forward to using him again.. Thank you Ben.
