They are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Stood & walked their showroom/lobby for good amount of time waiting for any assistance (and there were no others in showroom/lobby but me) but no staff or anyone willing to help me nor acknowledge my presence. . suppose I'll have to keep shopping elsewhere for a fireplace.

No I am not a Brizee customer. I live thousands of miles away from this business. Somehow they got my credit card information and charged my credit card $1079.00 on a Sunday fraudulently !
