Fireplace magicians. I had problems with my gas fireplace this year. I called a different local company to come look and service it. The technician didn’t know anything, told me there was a hole and quoted me an $800 replacement part. I had a gut feeling to get a second opinion; someone more familiar with my particular fireplace to do the repairs. Brizee came to my rescue!! No hole just a plugged orifice. They are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Stood & walked their showroom/lobby for good amount of time waiting for any assistance (and there were no others in showroom/lobby but me) but no staff or anyone willing to help me nor acknowledge my presence. . suppose I'll have to keep shopping elsewhere for a fireplace.
NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY JUST HAD A $1079.00 FRAUDULENT CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY. ON A SUNDAY MORNING AT 10:37 AM WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. SHAME ON YOU BRIZEE !! No I am not a Brizee customer. I live thousands of miles away from this business. Somehow they got my credit card information and charged my credit card $1079.00 on a Sunday fraudulently !
