Dr. Travis is an excellent doctor, he did a very profesional eye exam and he answered all my questions. The office is very nice, has a great customer service and a nice collection of frames. I highly recommended.
We should have looked at Brixton Eye Clinic's ratings prior to scheduling appointments. My 8 year old daughter was charged for an exam she didn't have, instead of being charged appropriately for a routine eye exam. The clinic also documented a "family history" of eye issues in their insurance submission that don't exist. After contacting the billing department, I was told, "if you want a routine eye exam, you should go to Walmart or Target. Our doctors are MDs and we are Specialist." Trash clinic, bad eye dr.Upper management and Partners only care about putting money in their own pockets. No proper HR procedures and that you having favorites looks bad. Employees are promised things that never happen. They do not follow guidelines with regard to payment of employees - which could come back on the company.
