0/5. Kicked my favorite bar out after 18 years, re-did the parking lot which would normally be great except now when it rains an actual lake forms. Also when remodeling the plaza they removed all of the over-hang so you cant get to any businesses without being soaked. Terrible design plan all around. 9th and 58th ave N, st pete.
This is without a doubt THE WORST EVER landlord and NIGHTMARE experience. They are bullies, they do as they please. The service AFTER you move in NON-EXISTENT. Speak to other tenants before you commit. This is THE BEST exercise you will do in your life and will save you vast amounts of pain. I am STUCK with a bunch or careless power hungry people. There is NO company ETHOS whatsoever
