Bob replaced my watch battery in just a few minutes and we had a friendly chat while he worked. I'm not sure what the going rate is, but $9.95 was less than I anticipated. I didn't have time to peruse because I was on my break from work, but I hope to stop back in to check out the jewelry collection. So glad to have a local go-to for jewelry and watch repair.
