They did a beautiful job on resizing a ring I hadn’t worn in years due to it being too loose. They were quick and very reasonable.
I just picked up the second ring I've had sized here, and couldn't be happier. Both were large vintage men's rings (one belonged to my partner's grandfather) that I've always wanted to wear on my small(ish) lady hands, but was too nervous to let someone alter. Bob replaced my watch battery in just a few minutes and we had a friendly chat while he worked. I'm not sure what the going rate is, but $9.95 was less than I anticipated. I didn't have time to peruse because I was on my break from work, but I hope to stop back in to check out the jewelry collection. So glad to have a local go-to for jewelry and watch repair.
