I'm just going to add some stuff that I added for the property manager Duka here too. Partly applicable to the builder as well. This is sort of a knee jerk post because of a false fire alarm beeping/blasting in my apartment for over 90mins I checked with the manager and apparently a kid pulled the fire alarm accidently.
