Good food and a good menu. It was a busy sunday lunch for them so they trouble with service. Will try again in the future.
Waste of time and money for sub-par food. Went here on and the place was almost empty. Go to somewhere close like leadbelly that is actually good.
This is the first restaurant review I've ever written, and I felt compelled to do so because never have I felt like I wasted so much money trying a new restaurant. I stopped by Brix & Stone with a friend on Friday for dinner, and I had the Volcano Chicken, which was highly recommended by our server. The entree made no sense at all. It was about some time ago, but April was our waitress. Service was excellent, as always with April. Ordered a medium steak, it was beyond perfection. April tended to our only quagmire; the bread was a bit too hard. April replaced it with fresh in a moments notice. Point made: April was the best. Perfect face, bubbly personality and exquisite customer service with April...hands down, the best.
We came to Nebraska for my nephew Stephens wedding. The night before the wedding, we were looking for a place to eat. Our hotel was in the Hay Market, so we decided to go wondering around. My nephew Brent was starving, so we thought we'd find a restaurant. We checked out the menu at the Brix and decided to try it. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty but by the time we left, it as packed.
