I will not use this company. Homes are made with the cheapest materials and they cut as many corners as possible. Their staff to include financial staff ie loan officers are ignorant, rude and Lazy. This company will make the homebuying experince stuff of nightmares. If you want cheap buy with lennar or KB. I regret buying their homes
I currently live in Gilroy and we were interested in viewing the model new homes as our family is growing. Today I had the worst experience. 3 agents were standing outside who were all extremely rude, did not want to help us and treating us horribly. I interrupted to kindly ask the price of the home and the agent said “you understand this is 2.4 million” three times to me as if I didn’t speak English. She was reluctant to even open the model. Stopped in to look at the larger of the models, was told I needed to be pre qualified. I said, "uhh, NO!" left in my X .
