Current resident. The price is cool and neighborhood is cool. The AIR CONDITIONING???? 0/10. I have had numerous requests of it having to be fixed, this is unacceptable being rent is constantly being raised & fees are constantly being added. IF A NEW UNIT IS NEEDED IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP, we are paying to live here shouldn't have to complain & go into the office just for a new AC unit to get ordered and installed. Met with Celeste and Sandy today. Celeste was extremely helpful in answering our questions, gave a fantastic tour, and made us feel very welcomed. Sandy went above and beyond helping with our application and we are looking forward to being a part of this community. Highly recommend you stopping by and taking a tour if you need a new place to live.
Don’t be fooled by the hype, ask them to print out your lease and read it before you sign it!!!The place is a ripoff!!! I was going through problems so I just wanted to find a decent place. When I found out my husband had cancer in January, 2025 I asked what I could do about the lease. Sandra told me I had to honor my lease, if I didn’t I had to give them 60 days notice, pay $985 dollars and lose my security deposit.
