I have had excellent service with them over the years, especially recently. The flowers are well received when delivered. It's very cost effective and the service is out of this world. If the flowers that I don't want aren't there they make sure they get them there in less than 24 hours. Who else can do same day delivery the way Britts does. I will always conduct my business with them f
My flowers arrived dried out, a few petals falling off, and brown edges around a few. The box of chocolate was melted a bit and the chocolate looked aged (had small white spots on it). Oh, and the box of chocolate wasn't even sealed. So anyone could have touched it.
