Great place to shop! I went in today to get Christmas gifts for family in the military stationed overseas. Not only did they provide the best customer service, they sent me out with goodies to send from them as well.
I want to say the owner, Perry does care about his customers. We had a less than great experience a few weeks back. I notified the store through FB. They immediately responded and pursued the situation until it was resolved. While people make mistakes, it is the reaction and follow up that sets people apart. Britton's is successful not because of their products they sell but the relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. Thank you Perry for being the example for others.
