Jaykiah was awesome, the tour was thorough and everything was very clean and organized!
My move-in experience here has been excellent from start to finish. Brandy and Genesis made everything super smooth — from the initial tour to the move-in day. The apartment itself is newly renovated, everything works perfectly, and the overall ambiance is really nice. You can tell they take good care of the property and genuinely care about their residents. Highly recommend!
We moved in a couple months ago and so far everything has been amazing. The leasing manager, Brandy (who is amazing!!!) went above and beyond out of her way to ensure we leased the exact unit we wanted! Brandy is an experienced, welcoming, and extremely helpful manager and is always easy to reach! If you need to contact the office and miss them, leave a voicemail and they respond quickly. I have been here since a year now and love the place. The apt complex is kept clean and the current maintenance staff is quick to resolve issues. They also arrange for a lot of other perks like food truck, movie nights, pottery etc. The staff is friendly and prompt in resolution.
Everything went smooth since the time i moved into britton woods, all my maintainance request were acted promptly and i did not faced any issue till date. I would appreciate the good work of the staff.
