First impression at reception desk was welcoming with bright smile. Asked relative questions including the correct pronunciation of my first name. I was directed and informed with each technician and what tests will be taken. All technicians were professional, and all pronounced my name correctly (as was passed by front desk) and very pleasant. Dr Britton was attentive, very thorough and professional. Kudos to the entire team and doctor in this location.
Dr Britton's is a very kind doctor and although a very busy person always takes a minute to expain and show me how my father is doing. I really appreciate all the great care he has given my dad over the years. I am also loving the short wait time at the office. It used to be a 2 to 3 hour wait but they have such a good rhythm going now that you are out in an hour or so. Its a great office to go to!!
Dr Britton and the staff are very kind and patient. Yes the waittimes can be long sometimes however this is just because so many people wish to see him.
