I just completed my new patient visit and fitting for new glasses. An easy and great experience from beginning to end. I did a combined routine and contact lens exam. I’ve been with glasses since I was a child, and Dr. Regal was amazing. She explained things well and showed me great insight on my prescription. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable with the insurances. They gave honest feedback and advice for finding the right frames and lenses.
Update: August 2025: I am in year 3 going to see Dr. Regal. The office always answers the phone. She has helped me tremendously with my eye car needs ensuring I have the best glasses to support my needs working close on computer screens. I’ve been in the neuro lens for 2 years and they are just great! No headaches, see better and can work on 3 screens with no issues.
