Previous renter in one story building of Britton Pines. I lived there for four years. Over the course of four years, I had a continuous problem with mold, which was never resolved. In the winter, my windows would have snow and ice build up inside the windows and along the windowsills. Safety hazards with sharp exposed metal around the wall ac unit, which was replaced with a window unit. This place needs to update their windows and their applications and heating systems and ac systems and make it more Energy efficient.
Stay away. Stay far, far away. So glad I don't live in this pie hole anymore. I don't know whom wrote the previous review, but must be new to the building. He must have gotten the "Welcome to the Building Repair." Just wait...you'll be treated like dirt. Maintenance is non-existent. It's not the maintenance man's fault, it's who's above him. If you ever have to deal with Michael B., he's a rude, condescending jack-wagon.
Management is easy to work with. Maintenance requests are processed in less than 24 hours. Very quiet.
