David provided excellent advice in dealing with a tenant situation and I can't recommend him enough!
Mr. Britton proved unreliable and lacked a clear strategy. An attorney should prioritize their client's interests, but Mr. Britton made promises to opposing counsel and set expectations without consulting us, which felt like a breach of trust.
