I live 100 miles away and she texted me options, answered the phone and helped narrow down the ring I was searching for. I just got the ring in person and it’s way more than I could have ever imagined and my fiancé is in love with it. I would recommend Britton Jewelers to anyone. The best jewelry store I have dealt with, hands down.
My husband bought me an anniversary ring while working in the area. I thought i knew my ring size but i was incorrect they let me ship it back and sized it and mailed it back for free. They also were very helpful in helping my husband with getting the ring i desired. Great service.
Shauni and her team were amazing to work with. Helped customize a ring just for me and kept me updated along the way!
Requested a custom ring I wondered if could even be done: they absolutely exceeded my expectations!!! If you want it done, they can do it! Highly recommend them for custom keepsakes and the staff is absolutely amazing personally 🙂
