We received the most unprofessional experience with this company. My son took his satin finish rose gold wedding band in for resizing and the satin finish was removed. This company provided the security surveillance screenshot of when my son dropped off the ring. Clearly the satin finish in the surveillance image match the finish from their engagement pictures. My family has been living in Dickinson for over 8 years and have done business with multiple small businesses over the years. The owners of this business are by far the worst and most dishonest people I have come across in my entire adult life. My son purchased a satin finished engagement ring in 2021 for his upcoming wedding. He needed it sized so we thought we would give a local jeweler an opportunity to do the work.
