I have been going to the Britton Center for some time now, and the Doctors and staff there has always been very kind and courtesy towards me and my problems. Yes the wait times can get to be long at sometimes, but I commend the Britton Center for doing their best considering..... The Doctors there have always shown me a very high level of professionalism, and has always given me hope that I could overcome my disease. I have been going to pain managememnt clinics for more than 25 years and this was by far the worst clinic i have been to. at almost every appointment i was waiting for 15, 20, 30, 45+ minutes to see a dr. i got the vibe from my dr that he didnt care one way or the other how i was feeling. he was very cold and unsympathetic to my situation. the clinic felt more like a probation office than a doctors office. STAY AWAY!

CALLUS, COLD-HEARTED, and UNPROFESSIONAL – The Britton Center is by far the most negligent, unprofessional, and cold-hearted health care operation that I have ever encountered. Supposedly in business to alleviate the suffering of those dealing with chronic pain (etc,), from my brief encounter with them, they appear to me to be completely indifferent to those in need.
