Paid for art work two weeks ago, out of the Palm Beach Gardens store , and today I have nothing to show for it except my receipt. The salesman, Daniel, cannot tell me where the item is currently, which location it is supposedly coming from or even provide a tracking number with expected delivery date. That being said I’ve requested a refund and was told (by Daniel) that the policy is no refund on artwork. Really?!?!? Even if I never had possession and it’s nowhere to be found?!?!?!
