She is the bestttt
I have called to get my daughter to see her about four times in the last six months. She hasn’t been in the office any time. She has only been available to see my children at their scheduled visits but it’s rarely around when I need her and I constantly am being told to take my child to an urgent care when she has a primary ! It’s extremely frustrating sitting around in an urgent care for 3 hours every time your child is sick when they have a primary pediatrician. I called today and of course she isn’t in the office. My daughter's usual pediatrician wasn't in office this day so we seen Germond. She listened to my concerns, asked questions, answered questions, and got to the bottom of the issue. She also gave me a bit of education on the meds she gave me daughter and to not be alarmed on certain things. She also told me what to look out for to monitor her illness in case she gets worse. I really appreciate her time and think she's a great addition to the office alongside Dr. Miller
