Yesterday I received a $41.19 bill from Brittingham Dentistry with no description of origin for the billing. I called the office and a representative (who shall remain nameless) stated that was the balance from a cleaning I had in June of this year; she said, "...I don't know why your insurance company didn't pay in full for your cleaning because typically they do." I called my dental insurance provider to learn that Brittingham, without my knowledge or consent submitted a periodontal cleaning code to my insurance along with... read more
Got a great dental cleaning and will be going back for more dental work. I've used Brittingham for awhile always friendly and accommodating. Only thing is thanks to them being one of few dentist take our insurance they stay booked way out.
Friendly staff, but poor time management. A one hour appointment turned into 2.5 hours before I just decided to walk out. Appointments consistently run way past their scheduled time. Doctor is friendly, but seems very rushed bouncing from room to room (most likely due to his overbooked schedule).
