Friendly staff, but poor time management. A one hour appointment turned into 2.5 hours before I just decided to walk out. Appointments consistently run way past their scheduled time. Doctor is friendly, but seems very rushed bouncing from room to room (most likely due to his overbooked schedule).
"I was so nervous about getting a crown. However, Dr. Michel and the team made it so easy. The whole process was smooth and he explained every step. There was zero discomfort. The staff was friendly and the office was spotless. If you need crownwork done right, this is the place. Highly recommend".
I had the greatest experience today! Dr. Mike is truly heaven sent. I’ve struggled with my smile for years, even after previous orthodontic treatment, and I honestly thought this was just how it would be. I didn’t even ask him to fix anything — he simply looked at my smile and said, “Can I fix that for you?” And he did. I didn’t know it could even be fixed, but he saw it immediately.
