Great sports bar – If you're looking for excessive televisions with sports, fun with locals, inexpensive yet GREAT drinks, look no further. Conversley, if you're looking for a nonsmoking, conservative eatery with fine dining - this isn't it. This is a bar - somewhat like Cheers, where everyone knows everyone. Nice place, Good Food @ Reasonable Prices I've been going here to Brittany's regularly since 1999. In the afternoons it is quite similar to Cheers. Evenings and weekends are a much more lively. Yes, it certainly is a "Steelers" bar when the Steelers are playing (especially when the game is not on broadcast TV) but EVERY other NFL football game is on everyday during football season. Do Not Go To Brittany's – Ive gone to Brittany's a couple of times with friends. Their food is low quality and so is their service. The waiters and waitresses are rude and leave you waiting for service for long periods of time. Tonight me and some friends were at a table and told our waitress we will need a min. to order because we were waiting for someone to arrive and less than two min later the 'securtiy' came over to harass us and told us "either order or LEAVE! Great Neighborhood Place Brittany's is a neighborhood landmark. They are a Steelers joint, so don't let that bother you if they are not your favorite team. They serve standard fare and their sandwiches are great. I would highly recommend going during one of their nightly specials. Wednesday is wing night and it gets crowded. Thursday they serve a buffet of roast beef sandwiches (cut fresh off the bone in front of you), mac and cheese and cole slaw--all for 2 dollars! You can't beat it. Fun, but NOT FOR KIDS – This is your average sports bar - lots of TVs, huge bar in the middle of the room, a separate room for karaoke and more tables. Its just sooooooo smokey in there! No kids are recommended for a place like this. Great to watch sports though!
