Had mold that spread quickly in a couple of months from the closet, in the newer one that's straight back, so ask questions about how they fixed this problem before signing. It was bad!! But apartment was beautiful...such a shame!
Worst apartments in rochester, the management treats you like your a burden, maintence can't maintain a lemonade stand. Overall worst place I've ever lived
Nice looking town homes on the inside but the outside is littered with trash and drug paraphernalia. Constant break ins. Right off a main road that has loud vehicles and motorcycles going by. Will have cars with systems blasting music all night long till 4am rattling your windows making your nights sleepless.
