Poor response to the maintenance. From last 2 days there is no hot water in building . Responsible manager doesn’t pick call. Also while asking assistant, responded that they know it and it’s posted. But no solution to it. Elevator is down for more than a month now.
{Update: sauna is still busted, and I really don't think they are going to fix it, The social room is open now (and therefore access to the workout room) and the furniture has been replaced, It is a great space to utilize especially when you have family coming over. The issue with the garbage is getting better} The sauna, workout room and Community Room are closed until further notice. Some kids got in there and ripped up furniture last week with knives and threw paint everywhere. It's destroyed. Garbage is left in recycling... read more
Lived here for 3 years now was nice and quiet but now my almost 2 year old can not go to bed at his bed time due to a new Comer family who can't shut up the kids jump off there beds yell and run around the apartment well into midnight and no one does anything about it if I wasn't in the mist of changing careers I would move my family else where and im going to when I can because this place has become like a frat house with noise all night long if you like your peace and quiet at night don't move here
Please be careful: pay for parking but nothing assigned, expensively cheap. Fake 5 star reviews. Cockroaches throughout winter, in the halls, in the laundry room dead bugs can be found in the lint trays and reaching all levels. Cleaning is better now. Outdated security. Cars broken into, tree's branches falling on cars, disgusting back entrance. laundry outdated and 3.00$ wash usually very dirty on the inside tbh renos nice ish
