Love my place. Neighbors are awesome,I feel safe,and Maria(she's awesome)and maintenance are very helpful.
I would give them a negitve star if I could, the only person there that knows what they are doing is the maintenance man.
3 years and still here I have lived here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. When I originally moved in it was to a two bedroom apartment then this year I was able to get into a three bedroom. We have an amazing manager that has been here for over a year and changed so many things. I live in a very family friendly building where all the neighbors get along and hang out together.
I love living here. My family and I just moved here in May. The neighbors are great and our apartment manager Maria is also! She stays on top of things. This is the first apartment complex that I've ever lived at but it really feels like home! Very clean and maintained.
I have been with the company for 4 years. I have to say it use to be bad , Maria the new manager, well she's been here a year has really changed the place. She not only cares for the place she calls work but most importantly she cares and goes beyond her job to help her tenants. My kids and all others love her she is a wonderful person, so I personally would love to say Thank You for hiring her and Thank You Maria for making this a safe place for my family to live and all you do for your tenants.
I WENT TO THE APARTMENT TO PICK UP A FAMILY MEMBER, I FOUND THE AREA TO BE DIRTY AND UNKEPT. THE STAIR WELLS NEEDED CLEANED AND WASHED, A LITTLE SOAP AND WATER WOULD HELP . THERE IS A LACK OF MAINTANCE AND HOUSE KEEPING IN THE AREA AROUND THE APARTMENTS. SOME ONE NEEDS TO DO A LITTLE TLC IT IS NOT SAFE FOR FAMILYS TO LIVE THERE A GAS CAN WAS SETTINGS ON THE 2ND FLOOR WHICH IS A FIRE HAZARD. THE MANAGER SHOULD TO A DAILY WALK THUR AND MAKE SURE IT IS A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE...
