I only give one star because you have to. TOP 6 reasons not to move here. 1.ROACHES! The pest control will come but the roaches won’t leave. 2. NO HOT WATER! ( the hot water will go out for days at a time) 3. NO WATER! ( the office blames the city when we have no water. While the neighborhood across the street and behind the property both have water) 4. My husband and I began living here in 2023 and since then, we have enjoyed our time living here. We had such a great experience applying as first-time renters thanks to the kindness, help, and patience of Asminda. For what you pay, the location, surrounding neighborhoods, and proximity to the Heights is wonderful, and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping the property clean.
