Great experience! Maintenance always completes my work orders on time, and the team is reliable and professional. Really appreciate the quick service.
Location is great. But the buildings are infested with roaches and they dont care. The water runs brown and people run through the parking lot each night door checking cars. The parking lot also turns into a make shift mechanic shop every day and unleashed dogs are swimming in the pool as their kids swim in all their clothes. Parents just get drunk and watch. These are okay apartments. Only real problem i had was the wasp. The building i lived at had underground wasp nest near the gate to the stairs and i had to run by it every single day because they swarmed everytime you passed by. I let management know several times because i was stung and nothing was done. I had to go and fix it myself which worked for a short time . Parking was not it if you had multiple cars.
Roach infestation, gross pools, toxic black mold, laundry machines that rarely work. Neighbors who don’t pick up their pets’ poop. If you want to live your life in constant survival mode having to battle these things and health issues that come with it—move here! My sons’ asthma and allergies had been getting so bad and no wonder! When the maintenance man came to remove the dishwasher to replace it the whole wall was full of toxic black mold.
