Nightmare on W. 18th Street! I lived at Brittany Place Apartments from Summer 2014 through Spring 2019. During that entire time, my rent and utilities were always paid on time. Despite this, our experience was consistently unsafe, frustrating, and unacceptable. Quiet and located inside Loop 610...Metro Bus service is just outside the door and shopping for household essentials is accessible... if I have any issues, the staff are quick to respond and are attentive to any issues with my unit...I can pay my rent and utilities online
Nightmare on 18th street. I have lived at Brittany Place Apartments since 2020, and my experience has left me feeling completely taken advantage of as a tenant. After years of dealing with these conditions, I genuinely believe management prioritizes collecting rent, fees, deposits, and lease renewals over addressing serious resident concerns. Brittany Place is an older community however, well maintained and office and maintenance team provide the best customer service.
