My husband and I began living here in 2023 and since then, we have enjoyed our time living here. We had such a great experience applying as first-time renters thanks to the kindness, help, and patience of Asminda. For what you pay, the location, surrounding neighborhoods, and proximity to the Heights is wonderful, and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping the property clean. I've lived here for two years and any time I have an issue I put in a service request it gets resolved quickly. Not new construction but good sized apartments and friendly neighbors. In a good location. The administration is friendly to work with. I hope to stay here as long as possible.
