Bad experience with some of the neighbors and the lot rent goes up every year which I don't like, especially when I have said that I don't want to pay over $850. My AC stopped working a few months in, possibly because my neighbor lets their dog pee all over it even after I've asked them to stop, another neighbor lets their dogs roam free all over my yard or comes to my yard and let's the dogs use the bathroom in it or comes in my yard just because they want to, and another neighbor who is a grown adult used to bully my minor... read more
The office loves to complain about everything and anything little. Would no recomend. No Playsets or anything.
