Brittany place is a nice place to live. The rent is reasonable. Its Very clean. And Well maintained yards and homes. The management chris and all the staff are genuinly very nice people. Always have smiles. Even on stressful days. There quik response to maintance issues are a big improvement. And the corperate is a respectful company they handle issues promply and stride to make it a better place. We love that its close to walmart and the school, we take pride residing in such a nice community. Thank you
