Twice I went to her and did not get the color I wanted. I was blonde a few years back and wanted to go back to blonde, but this time wanted a shadow root. Therefore I showed her a picture I found online with the shadow root and similar color of blonde. The before and after of her dying my hair are the exact same color. When I tried to reason with her, she quickly put all the blame on me and was not very professional. I’m sure she’s good for some, but I had a very poor experience working with her.
Brittany is incredibly unprofessional and I would never go back to her for any services . She is unreliable and her prices are extremely high for the quality of work she produces.
Go here to get your hair done. Trust me!Anything you want Brittany will nail it, kill it, hit it out of the park. This girl is good. 😉 😜
