In an emergency go directly Hospital Emergency instead.The Doctors at this place don't even know how to put a plaster properly; just imagine their ability to put stitches or administer any other preliminary first aid in an immergency ? The only thing this place is renowned for is milking money from you thru OHIP or from your pocket, without providing any services.
terrible service as usual. when you call they put you on hold indefinitely with no call back. wait times are absurdly long, very unprofessional service from supposed professionals who are there to help patients.
Extremely rude. Terrible customer service. So disappointing when people are rude for no reason. It almost seems like that is the receptionists normal way of speaking.
