It's really upsetting and disappointing when your medical provider does not have the mental acuity to actually listen to you when you are going over medical concerns. St Francis does not care. They are not here to serve you. The funny thing is that St Francis will send you a survey but does absolutely nothing regarding responses to that survey. The quality of care at St Francis is severely lacking. Please do better St Francis. You need to live up to your name.

- negative stars *️⃣ She saw my husband on 8-22-25 his leg was swollen very bad tender to the touch warm to the touch he was unable to flex his foot limping the whole bit. All classic symptoms of a clot. She said she thought it was absolutely nothing to worry about. Swelling happens when you are over 60. Without actually knowing she would need to do an ultrasound. I have seen her a few times in Urgent Care. She’s is generally at least adequate for simple things. Not great but probably won’t kill you. It is off putting to always get the you-are-fat obesity nursing note even when you go in for something like a cold. It’s like “Put down the fork, fatty, and you won’t get runny nose and sneezing.” Literally…they can choose to put in a relevant instruction note. She and her staff are just too lazy.
