Elvira Kolundzic I have been renting the apartment for 11 months and I pay the bills on time. The new company bought Brittany bay and now they want to charge extra for water and garbage ( over $200) that I have been paying for 11 months. They say that the former owner of the apartment is 2 months behind. I paid everything on time, they need to collect from the former owner. A simple scam! These apartments are falling apart, everything is dirty and trashy Don't rent an apartment here!
