Previous to new management taking over 3 years ago, I had lived at Brittany Bay for 7 years and loved it. Once new management came in it was horrible. They care nothing about tenants. Took them 6 months to get rid of a roach problem in my apartment (which I had never had in previous 7 years), 3 visits by their maintenance crew to fix a running toilet, they closed one of laundry rooms to use as storage and other laundry facilities were either filthy (they expected you to keep clean) or half of machines did not work.
