Brittany Arms The apartment has mold. They give you a disclaimer for you to sign off on when you sign your lease. However, no matter how clean your apartment is, you have to keep fighting the mold. The rugs have not been changed since we moved in, in 2008. From what we were told, the rugs were just cleaned, thats it. We spent alot of money doing things that should be handled by management.
