The girls in the office are awesome and maintenance is good. The apartment itself needs work. Everything is glazed over very cheaply. The bathtubs are extremely poorly glazed over to the point you hurt yourself on the un smoothed dried pieces of glaze and there is a left over glaze powder all over the faucets. The attempt at caulking to cover up the black mold was terrible and is cracking alp over the place and falling apart. They do not clean the vents before move in so check it. I just moved in here - This place is the nicest place I've ever lived. It's quiet and peaceful, the rooms are GIANT! It feels upscale. I wasn't sure I would care for the smart locks and app controlled thermostat but its great! It has sensors that automatically contact maintenance when it detects an issue.
