I just moved in here - This place is the nicest place I've ever lived. It's quiet and peaceful, the rooms are GIANT! It feels upscale. I wasn't sure I would care for the smart locks and app controlled thermostat but its great! It has sensors that automatically contact maintenance when it detects an issue. I lived here in 2022-2023 and consider it the worst place I've ever lived. There is a review here that explains all the issues perfectly, going over the complete lack of maintenance work done in the apartments to maintain vents, patio doors, blinds, carpets, ceilings, etc. It was embarrassing to have anyone over due to how poorly the apartment looked. My boyfriend and I LOVE our apartment! The pictures online are accurate to size- the living room and bedrooms are HUGE! Gorgeous screened in patio, big walk in closets, and close walks to the beach! Aliesha in the leasing office has been an absolute joy to work with. She has been so helpful and communicative.
