I was skeptical on renting here after reading the reviews. However, I still toured this place while visiting from out of town. Aliesha gave me the tour, walked me through the application while being out of state. She even came into the office on Saturday to help oversee everything going smoothly while we moved in. The area is perfect, the response in any question or maintenance request is rapid. It’s quiet and calm here day and night. I feel safe here and the best bonus is that it is so close to the beach. The previous reviews are accurate. I should have paid them more attention. The good reviews must come from the families that live in different apartments from each other who act like this is a hotel resort for their rotating family members who they allow to live here without being on the lease. Do not move here unless you want to be surrounded by loud neighbors. Construction will always be the excuse that the office will give to you instead of giving notices to your neighbors for loud noise. If you work for home, forget abou... read more
We moved in June and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The only reason to even consider this place is the close distance to the beach and lower cost. But I would recommend just living the 20 minutes from the beach and paying more money to not live here. We left our old apartment in Viera because rent was raised $500/month - We would gladly pay that after this experience.
