They have the apartments looking good from the main road to get customers but in the back the apartments are awful. The roof need repairing, the shingles have fallen off some of the windows, the environment has big holes in the ground where a bush or tree has been planted which is hazardous, the ceiling leaks and they take their time fixing it, and they treat their tenants like dirt. Noise level is incredible between apartments and it makes it very difficult when your neighbors are so noisy. The front office does absolutely nothing to help. So you are at the mercy especially if you live beneath someone who has children or is active at all hours of the day with dogs
WE GOT NEW MANAGEMENT YET AGAIN!!! How many management companies have they gone thru in the last 6 month to a year? Im an college student and told them im trying to find parts to fix my truck... well they just towed it yesterday and now because of that, all the money i saved to purchase parts now has to go to an impound fee, so NO NEW PARTS FOR ME THIS MONTH... :( Manager supposedly talked to me about my truck being there and that i need to move it even though no one talked to me about anything. Horrible place to live I strongly discourage anyone from renting these apartments. I lived there from june 2013 to jan. 2014. there were multiple drug dealings across the street. the dog park is nasty. I refused to take my dogs in it. management is lacking and got bad attitude from them every time there was an issue. poor maintenance, sub par plumbing and wiring. the buildings are falling apart, roofs leaking, multiple floodings. we were evicted because I refused to take the dogs to the dog park to do their "business". now I... read more
This is one of the worst apartment complexes in Burlington. The girls in the office are very rude, no one fixes anything that is wrong. During the summer you can't use your upstairs. Appliances are old and hardly work. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
look else where people of burlington!! this apt community offers poor patron service, insect infested (cockroaches) interior and exterior living. property mngmt shows no concern to overall patron satisfaction, they leave memos folded in the door TELLing you how THEY want there balconies/patios to be presented so they can continue their "style over substance" utopia. onsite maintenance walks in apts with no communication in follow up on "inspection check list" to new renters and takes 2 days to "properly" sanitize the green f... read more
Afforable housing; good location The Brittany Apartments offer afforable housing in a good location. Right across the street from a Super K-mart, and down the street from Burlington's Colonial Mall, several restaurants, and Walmart. It's also located in the Williams High School district.
