Buying a house is stressful… unless you have Brittani. I got pre-approved on 11/3 and she basically said “cool, let’s get you some keys.” By 11/12, I had the perfect home AND an accepted offer. Inspection done by 11/20, negotiations wrapped by Black Friday (because multitasking), appraisal and repairs done by 12/8, and CLOSED on 12/18. Could’ve been faster but I had to make the underwriter a believer — and Brittani turned into a full-time prosecutor 😭😂.
