She was very understanding and concerned for my well-being and making my visit as comfortable as possible.
Brittney is a good listener, which to me is very important. And she was very kind and thorough.
My appointment was scheduled for a specific concern, and I was assigned to a provider who was available the same day. The front desk staff and medical assistant were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with Brittani did not reflect the same level of care. While she was mildly cordial and professional, she did not meaningfully address the concern for which I was being seen.
