After the company corrected an error in scheduling my appointment, everything went smoothly. The problem with one of our toilets was corrected. No mess was left behind. Randy, the plumber who came out, was very polite. He listened patiently as I explained the full history of problems we've had with our toilets. After fixing the problem, he explained what he had done and what his "diagnosis" of the problem was. So far, so good. Only time will tell if what was identified as the problem was accurate or not.
I have been using Brittain Plumbing for 11 years and am always happy with their service, price and efficiency. I have had to have them come out late in the day and never been charged overtime and the service people and office staff are very courteous and knowledgeable ! I will never call another service as long as Brittain is doing business!
