The best apartments I’ve ever lived in and seen very well keepet and quite Melissa in the office was such a great help just made the moving in process easy and wonderful I love my apartment i definitely recommend!
Horrible place dirty, disgusting, poor management, don't take care of anything. And good luck finding someone in the office the whole complex should be demolished!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY HAVE ROACHES AND MICE THEY CAME OUT TO EXTERMINATE BUT THE ROACHES WILL COME BACK AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE MICE TOLIET WAS CLOGGED WAS 3 WEEKS AND NEVER CAME TO FIX IT PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
I had a terrible experience at Brittain Park Apartments, primarily due to a serious bed bug infestation. I discovered bed bugs on June 7th, 2024 and immediately submitted a maintenance request for extermination. Once I found out I left the place to stay at a family house because I refused to be in that environment. Despite the exterminator’s confirmation and promises of weekly treatments, I found another bed bug on August 6th when I came back to start moving out, proving the treatments were ineffective.
