I had a terrible experience at Brittain Park Apartments, primarily due to a serious bed bug infestation. I discovered bed bugs on June 7th, 2024 and immediately submitted a maintenance request for extermination. Once I found out I left the place to stay at a family house because I refused to be in that environment. Despite the exterminator’s confirmation and promises of weekly treatments, I found another bed bug on August 6th when I came back to start moving out, proving the treatments were ineffective.
