I ask the maintenance man to fix the water leak in the bathroom for six months. They never come to fix anything, finally the pipes freeze and explored, my ceiling bathroom was in the tub. After I called with emergency water leak they come and fix two small part of the pipe. They left the ceiling in the tub for me to clean everything. I moved to Lakeside apartments recently. I love my neighbors. They're all very helpful and the office and maintenance are also helpful. It's perfect. Compared to the apartment complex I lived in for years they are so much more personable. I plan on staying here for years and am so glad I moved here.

While nice enough. They took so long with the approval process only undesirable unit was left. A complete insult to someone with 50 times the rent in savings.

Waste of everybodys time. Bums living there with $0 income. But a working person "doesent have enough income" poor/no communication. Probabaly pocketed the app fee.

They have roaches throughout the community. I was told they didn't have a problem with theft but had two packages stolen and when I went to ask the neighbors no one came to thr door but could hear people inside.also no one is there past 3pm and some days not even there past 12?
