Waste of everybodys time. Bums living there with $0 income. But a working person "doesent have enough income" poor/no communication. Probabaly pocketed the app fee.
They have roaches throughout the community. I was told they didn't have a problem with theft but had two packages stolen and when I went to ask the neighbors no one came to thr door but could hear people inside.also no one is there past 3pm and some days not even there past 12?
This place is super affordable for other apartments of comparable sizes and offerings especially in this economy. The staff is super friendly from the leasing office to maintenance. The property is very quiet and a place you can feel safe to come home to. Also close to bus stops and any major needs such as grocery stores and such, so is a convenient location as well.
