My 1st appt with Mark Brittain is next week and although I have never been in their office, I have heard (repeatedly from good friends, relatives & others) how good and caring-careful (he and his staff) are in every aspect of dealing with their clients....I must say I am looking forward to my visit,as the last time I went to one of advertised Natl.Co's and received inferior glasses, poor service and 'NO' support afterwards whatsoever...
Dr. Brittain has courteous staff, and customer service. The availability of appointments is excellent. The team promptly addresses emergency situations, & Dr. Brittain is knowledgable, and up-to-date, as well as professional.
