I love seeing Britt, she always listens and some how understands my gibberish explanations of what I want and makes it even better. Every time I walk out I’m so happy, easy conversation too. Can not recommend Britt highly enough.

I went to see Brit last week, I forgot to book an appointment before I was going to Stampede and wanted “fresh hair”. She managed to get me in although she was near fully booked, did a super nice touch up without taking any length out (I’m trying to grow my hair, god help me, I have really thick hair) and less than an hour later I was done! Bonus is that I never have to go big on styling cause the cut is so good the hair just sits perfect!

Brit the Stylist burnt me repeatedly with scalding hot water while rinsing my hair. I let her know the first time she did it and she said it was due to her having gloves on and was unable to gauge the temperature of the water. I understood that part but what I don’t understand is why she continues to do it two more times afterwards. My scalp now feels burned, it is sensitive to the touch and it’s been hours since my hair appointment. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist.
