Recently had a leak in our new homes roof. Was able to not only get Mr. Frank Britt out the same day, but fixed the leak same day as well. Can’t even tell there was work done in the area of the repair. He and his crew are very respectful, courteous, efficient and fair priced as well.

Update: Britt Roofing is under new management, and as soon as they caught wind of my situation they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I'm updating to 4 stars, because after 2 years I did not have to resort to legal means to get anything accomplished. Frank Britt is the guy to talk to. I've held off on writing this review but, I think 2 years is long enough of a wait. 2 years is how long we have been waiting for Britt Roofing to fix a skylight that they were paid to do in full before we ever moved into our home. I've held off on writing this review but, I think 2 years is long enough of a wait. 2 years is how long we have been waiting for Britt Roofing to fix a skylight that they were paid to do in full before we ever moved into our home. They cashed the check and never did the work. First blaming the pandemic, then lack of supplies.
