Mr. Reed was very caring and concerned about my injury. He explained everything to me in a way that I would understand the legality of the situation. Mr. Reed is a very professional attorney. He makes sure that his clients receive the best financial compensation that can be awarded.
Mr. Reed , very unprofessional. As soon as I asked a legitimate question during a phone conference that he could not or choose not to answer he hung the phone up on me. I was asked by my senior citizen mother to be apart of the meeting via telephone because she doesn't understand most of what people are telling her in legal terms.He was more concerned with telling her what was not going to happen than what could. Arrogant and rude.
