If you plan to do business with John Britt you better learn about Form 514 (also known as the Complaint Form), which you can obtain from the Nevada Real State Division at www.red.state.nv.us/compliance.htm. Britt's business practices are downright unlawful. Also, you better keep a good detailed record of all interactions with John Britt and Britt management group (which luckily we did), since you may have to take them to court. They don't answer emails and the manager doesn't answer phone calls but worst of all they collect application fees from multiple applicants and your personal information. Do NOT fill out an application and give personal info. Do not waste your valuable time and money dealing with this company. They may tell you that the home is rented and then a day or so later the property is listed on craigslist again. It's a racket! If you ... read more

Don't bother applying if you're under 23. It doesn't say anywhere on their website, but I was told today on the phone they DO NOT rent to anyone under 23, when I called to inquire on a rental for my daughter.
