This company needs effective and mature leadership. Whomever is in charge is either asleep or just doesn't care about the business, its reputation, or its customers. My fiancé took his vehicle to them and they got grease all over the interior of the vehicle and the new floor mats. They charged double what was quoted ($580 originally quoted $230), they made excuses about why they couldn't get pressure in the brake lines, and were unable to get the brake pressure right. Second time doing oil change here. Wasn’t impressed last time but decided to give them another try since they’re right down the street from where we live. Better experience this time. Tyler was very helpful and honest. Would recommend to anyone.
