Pretty disgusted with the appraisal-all the area comps & Zillow say one thing he says another makes no sense! He took forever to get there now the whole deal is screwed up & buyer needs extension to close because of him not doing his job in a timely manner. I feel terrible the buyer will not get the house for Christmas like they wanted! Good job screwing everyone in the deal. I would actually give zero stars instead of one.
I would not let Britt appraise my dog house much less my home. Harry j. Britt was rude and unprofessional. He gave us a window from 8-5 for the inspection time and expected us to fit into his schedule. He also appraised our house 25,000 less than the original appraiser did two years ago.
