Deleted my 5 star review from last year, ever since they merged with M&R I’ve been extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have a 92yr old senior in the house and cannot be waiting a week for repairs or put on waitlists. This has happened twice now - once this summer during the heatwave and just this week. I’ve found an alternative service provider who can get us the help we need in a more proactive and caring way.
Jesse at Britt just serviced my AC. They came out next day, were upfront about what was included and cost. Super polite and professional and I’d recommend them to anyone. Glad to have a local professional to be able to rely on.
Jesse serviced my mini split units. He was thorough with attention to details and on time. Great all around service.
