they are awful. not reliable. they suppose to pick up my disable mom and they did not show up whem i called on a sunday it was keep going to a voice mail box anda screaming kids was picking up the line.

My son gets medically transported 3x a week. I am so glad we get assigned to Britos. Dispatch is so patient and very friendly. The great thing is they always call hours ahead to confirm we still need the ride. We have never been late but I will say some of the drivers that we’ve been picked up in aren’t very friendly. I try to make it easiest on the driver as much as I can. There has been an instance that the driver refused to follow the pick up instructions I gave over the phone. Very nice company and drivers! I would personally like to commend both driver and employer for being very competitive in pricing, for the service being top notch💯😁I would recommend them to my family and friends, as well as, being my first choice again in the near future!!
