By far Britny is not the best. Doesn't like doing prior authorizations for her patients,or seems super selective about who she does them for I've confirmed with the pharmacy and insurance. I switched Dr's and am now on a better track to better healthcare with prior authorizations done. No more excuses is to why they didn't get done or why she won't do em. I have the best. Highly recommend a switch if your having issues with Britny Rockelman!!!!

She was very attentive to health needs. Knowledgeable about my issues. Grateful to have found a primary at the Lake of Ozarks .
